Some of you may experience an issue with a head pop-up mechanism on our new 6 ft. Animated LED Neon Nightmare. We would like to inform you that our team is aware of this issue and is currently working on a fix.

I sent in a support ticket for this issue not only on the neon but the chuckles clown as well.
Bought in July put it together yesterday and Neck failed on first try small cracks in plastic neck area also motion sensor not working properly have to move it around to get it to work. I have ticket in but from the complains I see online, I may be out of luck. You would think if they know there is a problem they would work hard to fix it. I guess they just want your money. I have also left 1 Star review on homedepot.
