Bought this from Menards last year. The arms stopped moving within a few days. Menards told me to reach out to the manufacturer, but I've emailed the address in the documents customerservice@svichina.com several times in the last year without a response. Just found this site today.
Anyway, it doesn't even try to move the arms, no noise from the gear box, not even the slightest movement. I tried to manually actuate them slightly to see if they caught again but no movement. Is there anything inside the gear box that can be serviced? It looks like that part doesn't operate anything else so it doesn't seem like there is a lot of risk in opening it up. However I do see that the torso frame component is still available so if nothing else I should be able to pick on of those up - it seems like the issue is in that component and not in the control box, or do I seem off-base with that?
