Skelly's sound is now less than half as loud as he was. I had him about halfway up and now he is quieter. He is 1 year old.

Skelly was working fine.  We got some rain today.  All of his lights work, he moves fine.  He is not very loud now.  I had his volume at about half and he is less than half of the volume he used to be.
