We are happy to see your excitement around the new App Controlled Lethal Lily!
Some of you have already received your Lethal Lily but are unable to connect to the app. We'd like to let you know that the DecorPro App update is coming soon, and it will include the ability to connect to Lethal Lily.
You'll receive a notification in the app as soon as the update is available. Once updated, you'll be able to connect normally.
UPDATE: Our team has pushed an app update that will resolve the connection issue — if you haven't already, please update the DecorPro app via the in-app pop-up or through the App Store/Google Play Store.
Next, follow these steps to connect:
1. Turn ON Lethal Lily and set the mode on the control box to Bluetooth. Take the product out of Demo mode by holding the mode button for at least 7 seconds. You'll hear the chime notification once the product is out of Demo mode.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and open the app. Allow DecorPro to find Bluetooth devices.
3. Next, press “Products”. You should see Lethal Lily under “Searching..”, click on it to connect and let the fun begin!
