After two or three seasons with Boogeyman, his face has cracked badly. I ran to the SVI site hoping I could buy a replacement head, but it looks like they no longer manufacture his parts. Does anyone know of either gravedigger heads will work!?

Hi Brittany, the animatronic heads are not interchangeable. The Grave Digger's head will not work on a Boogeyman's body or vice versa.
There is another option, you could just remask the prop. I've had to do this with a lot of older latex props. I dont blame you for not wanting to, Boogyman is a great mask. But putting a new mask on a old prop refreshes it.
