My 7ft Skelly Dog (the standing one) eyes will only work if I use batteries. I tried using the power cord from my other Skelly creatures and still no power. What could be the problem? I know the cord is good as it works for my others, I know the eyes are good as they work with batteries. So what new part do I need in order for my power cord to work?! Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out and being our customer — and great troubleshooting so far! Since the eyes work with batteries but not when using the adapter (and you've confirmed the adapter works on your other props), that helps narrow things down.
What you described typically points to one of these parts:
- Control Box / Power Input Board — the AC input port may be damaged or not making proper contact
- Internal power circuit issue inside the control box that only affects adapter input.
In conclusion, you'd need a replacement control box, since the adapter works on other units and eyes yes work on battery power.
