I have a 2024 Home Depot Frankenstein animatronic that the arms are not moving on. Everything else works, head moves, eyes move, sounds, bolts light up. I have triple checked all connections, and they are all firmly connected, and connected as shown in the diagram. I detached the arms, so there was no weight on the arm motor, but nothing is even trying to move, and nothing is physically blocking the movement of the arms. I have unplugged him, waited 10+ seconds, and plugged him back in. He is (and always has been) inside, and always on a flat floor.
This happened last year, and it ended up being a simple fix, but I did not think to write it down, and after Googling, I’m not finding anything other than what I tried above. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you get him to work? We ran out of time and couldn’t find his clothes this year, so he was without sensor and only neck lights on without movement….but I’m hoping to find his clothes and trouble shoot him a bit this winter.
