Ultra skelly jaw movement

I used the live mode in the app , was apparently to close, encountered a lot of feed back and the jaw just started to sort of vibrate.

I unplugged and then plugged back in , reset defaults, tried live again, same thing no improvement.

Restore defaults again , unplugged for two minutes and powered back up. Tried the demo . No jaw movement. Took out of demo mode . Went to the perecorded tracks , hit play still no jaw movement. Went to live again, still no improvement. . Currently unplugged trying to find a tech support number with no luck. 
I've used fright props controllers in the past that did this occasionally and would have to recalibrate the jaw servo. 
How do you reset recalibrate the jaw servo on the ultra skelly
