My jaw has stopped working after using live mode. I have reset to defaults twice now. This did not correct the proper. I have reset , unplugged for two minutes and repowerewd. This has not corrected the lack of jaw movement even in demo mode.

Before using the fright props controller and would recalibrate. I don't see any other option than the reset on here which is not correcting the issue.

Thanks for posting — I’m here to help! To troubleshoot the jaw movement issue, I’ll just need a bit more info to make sure we’re looking at the correct product and control parts.
Could you please let me know the exact model number of your animatronic, or a photo of the prop.
Once I have that, I can look up the correct control box or motor assembly and we can go from there.
