How do I get warranty help? I bought the Storm Trooper and after I put him together the Left arm kind of slid down. The shoulder part that the arm connects too started rotating and sliding down the interior part of the shoulder the piece connects too. It doesn't fall completely off due to the screw in the center of the shoulder piece that seems to hold the 2 shoulder pieces together, I have attached a photo of the body with the part that is defective and a photo of my Storm Trooper with his left arm sagging out.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
