I've got a burned out 6vdc motor on the drive for Reaper's horse's front leg movement. I can switch motors with the horse's head movement, and the head motor runs from both sources, so I know it's the motor not the controller. I'm not so worried about the harness or the gear reduction, which both seem to be intact, it's just the 6vdc motor that I need. And I suspect that that same motor is used on every animated figure. Do you have any suggestions?

It's much easier than that, lol. There's a O-ring belt that has broken, maybe 29mm diameter (so 29*3.14159265= 91mm long).
I might even have something for that.
Solved. A 29mm diameter O-ring on-hand is doing quite nicely. The 7 second video is too big to attach. Anyway, thanks!
