Wow — these upgrades look phenomenal! 👏
The detail you put into the armor, helmet, soft-goods, and accessories really takes them to a whole new level. The cape and chest box work on the tall character looks movie-quality, and the blaster + shoulder upgrades on the trooper are spot-on.
It’s always awesome seeing fans elevate these pieces and make them their own — incredible craftsmanship and eye for accuracy. Thanks so much for sharing with the community, this is seriously inspiring!

I upgraded the helmet, boots, chest box, belt boxes, boots, cape, and lightsaber.
I upgraded the helmet, shoulders, and added a few parts including a blaster.
Can someone recommend which Santa Hat would possibly fit my 15' animated Scarecrow ? I'm asking the Team Members monitoring, there is a Santa hat for the Storm Trooper and one for the Minion that possibly work for a little Christmas modification for it as I would like to do more but this would be a start, I'm contemplating painting the coat red and adding some white fur to the sleeves and fringes. Any help ?
