This forum is a space for SVI customers and enthusiasts to connect, share ideas, get help, and show off their displays. Whether you’re just getting started or have a full collection of SVI animatronics at home, we’re glad you’re here!

Be Friendly and Respectful

• Treat all members with kindness.
• No bullying, harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks.
• No political discourse.

Stay On Topic

• Keep discussions relevant to animatronics, our products, and the customer experience.
• Use the right categories for your posts (e.g. “Troubleshooting Help”, “Displays”, “Feature Requests”).
• Off-topic or unrelated posts may be moved or removed.

Protect Your Privacy

• Never share sensitive info like full names, addresses, phone numbers, or order details in public threads.
• If you need help with a personal order, please contact: orders@svius.com.

Sales and Trades

• Sales and trades are not permitted, any posts alluding to it will be deleted.

No Spam or Unrelated Promotions

• No advertisements, affiliate links, or unrelated self-promotion.
• If you’ve created something relevant (like a tutorial or custom part), you’re welcome to share it — just post in the right section and keep it on-topic.

Respect Creative Work

• If you're sharing builds or designs that were inspired by others, be sure to give proper credit.
• Don’t post copyrighted materials or use others' work without permission.

Safety and Legality Matter

• Don't post or suggest unsafe modifications or anything illegal.
• Our products are designed with safety in mind — let’s keep it that way!
• SVI does not endorse or recommend modifications.

Feedback is Welcome 

• We value customer feedback when it’s respectful and specific.
• Profanity, name-calling, or all-caps rants will not be tolerated.
• Want to leave a product review or suggestion? Head to the Feedback & Suggestions category.

Moderator Decisions

• Moderators are here to help keep things running smoothly.
• They will remove content or issue warnings if guidelines are broken.
