Setting	Description
SENSOR	Activates the lights, sound, and animation when the IR sensor detects someone. Each activation runs one audio/activity cycle. Sensor range is up to 6.5 ft. with an approximately 80° detection angle.
OFF/TRY ME	Turns the unit off. The instructions also show a TRY ME/Step Pad connection for activation.
ON	Runs the lights, sound, and animation continuously.
	A dial allows you to increase or decrease the sound volume, including turning the sound completely off.

Adapter must be tightly screwed in at the Function Control Box and plugged into a wall outlet.
Switch on the control box should be set to your preferred mode.
If not functioning properly (ex: head and hands don't light up, head doesn't move), ensure that cables are connected to their corresponding cable as shown in the instruction sheet.
Be sure nothing is blocking movement or caught in moving parts.
Ensure the base surface is flat and nothing blocks the movement.
Check that the speaker volume is turned up.
