Troubleshooting & FAQs
What power adapter should I use with 3.5 ft. Animated LED Scarred Chucky Doll?
My 3.5 ft. Scarred Chucky animatronic moves correctly (head, arm, body, mouth), but there is no sound, even with the volume up. What can I do?
A: The sound on Scarred Chucky comes directly from the control box. Since the prop moves, the sensor is working properly. Follow these steps to diagnose the issue:
Disconnect the head from the control box.
-
Turn Chucky on and trigger the sensor:
If sound works with the head unplugged, the head wiring is interfering with the sound, and the next step would be replacing the head.
If the sound does not work even with the head unplugged, the next step would be replacing the control box.
