Important Setup Tips
- Adapter must be tightly screwed in at the Function Control Box and plugged into a wall outlet.
- Switch on the control box should be set to your preferred mode.
- If not functioning properly, ensure that cables are connected to their corresponding cable as shown in the instruction sheet.
- Be sure nothing is blocking movement or caught in moving parts.
- Ensure the base surface is flat and nothing blocks the movement.
- Check that the speaker volume is turned up.

The face looks off/squished. What can I do?
A: The face is made from soft material and sometimes can get a bit squished from transit. It can be re-shaped by carefully pulling on her nose and her neck.

A: The size of the screw is 1 inch long and 3 inch diameter.
The apple does not light up. What should I do?
A: Start by checking if the cables are connected properly. If they are connected according to Instruction Manual, then try connecting the hand with an apple directly to the body (Part E):
- If the apple lights up, it means that it is time to replace right arm part H.
- If the apple does not light up, then the hand with apple Part J should be replaced.
