Troubleshooting & FAQs
Q: How do I switch Jack of Spades from sitting to standing (or the other way around)?
A: Jack of Spades includes two bases—one for sitting and one for standing. To change the pose, just follow the setup steps in the instruction sheet. It's a quick and easy swap! Let us know if you need help along the way.
Q: The cigar isn't lighting up. Should I replace part P or part M?
A: Let's do a quick check before replacing anything!
Make sure all connections are secure—refer to steps 4.4, 5.4, and 6.2 in the instruction sheet.
If the sound and animation are working, here's a simple way to test whether you need a new cigar (part P) or arm (part M):
- Disconnect the cigar wire and plug it into the red wire from the control box (this wire usually powers the head, but it works for testing the cigar light).
- If the cigar lights up, that means the arm is the issue— it is time to replace part M.
- If the cigar still doesn't light up, then it's time to replace the cigar part P.
