Important Setup Tips
- Adapter must be tightly screwed in at the Function Control Box and plugged into a wall outlet.
- Switch on the control box should be set to your preferred mode.
- If not functioning properly, ensure that cables are connected to their corresponding cable as shown in the instruction sheet.
- Be sure nothing is blocking movement or caught in moving parts.
- Ensure the base surface is flat and nothing blocks the movement.
- Check that the speaker volume is turned up.
- There's no red light indicator on the control box.
- Indoor item.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
Q: My Fear Valley Wolf isn’t making a sound, I tried different adapters and nothing. What should I do?
A: Let’s figure it out together!
If there’s no sound, animation, or lights at all — even after trying different adapters — there may be an issue with the power or control box.
If the animation and lights are working, but there’s still no sound, check the volume dial and make sure it’s turned all the way up. It might just need a little boost!
If the volume is up and there’s still no sound, the issue is likely with the control box — we recommend replacing it to get your Wolf running again.
