Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q: The Rider’s skull isn’t lighting up. What can I do?

A: Let’s try a couple of quick steps to figure it out:

Check the arm and hand connections: Make sure the hand and arm are properly connected to the control box (see steps 4.2 and 4.3 in the instruction sheet).
Test the head directly: Try connecting the head directly to the body at the shoulder.
What you find will tell you what to do next:

If the skull lights up, the arm is likely the issue and should be replaced.
If it still doesn’t light up, it’s time to replace the skull.

Q: Rider’s pants look damaged. Is it normal?

A: Yes, that’s completely normal! The worn look is part of the design, and the hole is there to show bones.
