- Adapter must be tightly screwed in at the Function Control Box and plugged into a wall outlet.
- Switch on the control box should be set to your preferred mode.
- If not functioning properly (ex: head and hands don't light up, head doesn't move), ensure that cables are connected to their corresponding cable as shown in the instruction sheet.

Troubleshooting & FAQs
Q: My Levitating Reaper isn’t turning on. What should I do?
A: Let’s walk through a few quick steps to get your Reaper back in action!
Start by checking all the connections: Make sure every cable is securely connected as shown in the instruction sheet. Also, double-check that the adapter (Part Z4) is fully plugged in and the threaded cap is tightly secured.
Look for the red light on the control box: The control box (located in Part R) should have a red indicator light if power is flowing. If it’s set to “OFF,” try switching it to “LIGHTS ONLY” or “SENSOR” to activate the Reaper.
Still no power? Let’s test the adapter: Unplug the adapter and connect it directly to the red wire coming from the control box.
If the red light turns on, the adapter and control box are working — great! The issue may be with the receiver (Part E), which should be replaced.
If the red light doesn’t come on, try a different adapter. The Levitating Reaper requires a 3A outdoor adapter. If the red light comes on with a new adapter, replace the adapter.
If there’s still no light with a new adapter, it may be time to replace the control box.
Q: The LED mode button on the control box isn’t responding. What should I do?
A: First, check if the other functions on the control box are working properly.
If they are, try a quick reset by unplugging the adapter from the control box and plugging it back in. If the button still isn’t responding, you may need to replace the control box.
Q: My Levitating Reaper’s sound and animation do not activate. How can I fix it?
A: No worries — let’s walk through a few quick steps to get things going!
First, check the control box for a red light indicator.
If there’s no red light, refer to “My Levitating Reaper isn’t turning on” for power troubleshooting tips.
If the red light is on, switch to Sensor mode — this should activate the lights, animation, and sound.
Make sure nothing is blocking the sensor and that it’s connected properly to the control box (see step 7.2 in the instruction sheet).
If the sound and animation still don’t start, try reconnecting the sensor.
Still not working? Replacing the sensor might be the next step.
Q: What adapter do I need for the Levitating Reaper?
A: The Levitating Reaper requires a 3A outdoor adapter.
Q: How to activate the lights?
A: The Levitating Reaper features lights in the chest (Part S), head (Part T), and both hands (Parts K and V).
To begin, press the button on the control box — you should see a red light near the LIGHTS ONLY mode. If lights do not activate, press it again to switch to SENSOR mode.
If the sound and animation are working but the lights aren’t, double-check the connections. Make sure the flat white cables are securely connected (see steps 3.3, 4.1, 6.4, 7.1, and 7.2 in the instruction manual).
Still not lighting up? You might need to replace a light component. We recommend ordering the Chest Light Plate, Headlight, and hands (V and K) to restore full functionality.
Q: The head doesn’t turn / the jaw doesn’t move. What should I do?
A: Let’s start by checking the connections. Make sure all wires from the head are securely connected to the control box, following steps 7.1 and 7.2 in the instruction sheet.
If the jaw isn’t moving, the issue may be with the head itself — we recommend replacing it.
If the head isn’t turning, the motor might need to be replaced (Part: MRT. LEVITATING REAPER - MOTOR).
